Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection
Employee Relations and Administration:
Help plan staffing needs with department heads.
Handle new employee onboarding and exit procedures.
Keep accurate and confidential employee records.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and organize company events and engagement activities.
