Job Summary
Major Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
Performing process analysis and documentation through methods like flowcharts or any easy way for understanding by developer
Analyze and interpret business needs, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders to gather and communicate project updates.
Assist in creating detailed project documentation, including business process models, flowcharts, and functional specifications.
Work closely with the development team to ensure the requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting project progress to ensure timely delivery.
Managing projects and product delivery schedules after discuss with development team.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
Strong understanding of project management concepts and the ability to contribute to project discussions.
Ability to interpret data and business processes for efficient decision-making.
Basic knowledge of business process modeling and documentation techniques.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently on assigned tasks.
