This branding statement and their “Commitment to Excellence” has allowed Schulte Roofing to win consecutive awards for the last seven years.
Due to an increasingly competitive market with out-of-area firms relocating to Bryan/College Station, they wanted to remain competitively visible to their local community and surrounding area. With the great changes in Google standards for organic and local search, a new approach to dated digital marketing strategy needed to be crafted and implemented.
In an effort to close the gap between the current website platform and the new Google changes, as well as retain a competitive position on local and organic search, we implemented a new web platform. We built the website using an image-forward approach, cataloging high resolution property images across every page. To make the Schulte Roofing brand more personal, we featured actual employees across the site.
We added a custom, responsive framework to allow scalability of the entire website in the form of content organization and hierarchy. In order to serve as the local and industry authority on roofing, we restructures the site’s content to provide dedicated news and press outlets, brand stories in their blog with full story-line arcs, and a completely searchable index of technical and expert roofing pieces.
To facilitate hundreds of leads they get per month, we integrated a custom CRM system to better serve new and existing clients. The system works by routing web leads to roofers in the field. Roofers receive notices on their mobile devices that are also integrated into e-contracts and portable printers.
All leads, support cases, and other data are completely centrally managed and maintained by Schulte Roofing in real time. The system provides automation, customer portal support, and customer notifications.
In addition to web platforms, we implemented a digital marketing campaign comprising of local, organic, social, and paid search to increase visibility on important local keywords. A variety of branded story-line content was also implemented to help build audience and partner relationships with industry blogs and popular news outlets.
